To the People of the City of Lancaster,

As of writing, the vote count is unofficial, but I feel confident in saying the results should not fluctuate enough to push my position out of the top nine.

I am grateful to all the Lancastrians who placed their confidence in me, I am grateful to all the people who had let me put my signs in their yard, and I am grateful to everyone who took time out of their own lives to support me on the ground.

This undertaking of studying and then drafting a new charter is massive. It will be a lot of information that we need to look at, process, and communicate to you. I promise you I will do my very best to make these happenings accessible and available to you.

I am grateful that I have the honor to be one of your nine government study commissioners.
